Welcome to the 20th Engineering H2F Nutrition page. We are committed to the H2F goal of improving, restoring, and maintaining the readiness, resilience, and performance of all 20th ENG BDE Soldiers. On this page, you will find educational resources, recipes, and other information that will help you to improve your nutritional readiness. We also provide services, including LPD courses, ACFT prep, Selection Prep, Ranger/Sapper School prep, and initial ABCP counseling. Meet with Chris

Chris is your Brigade Dietitian. He can help you with meal planning, healthy eating, weight loss, weight gain, performance nutrition, maximizing muscle gain, lab assessments, preparation for special schools, selections, and ABCP.
