Nutritional Readiness

Nutritional  readiness  is  the  ability  to  recognize,  select,  and  consume  the  requisite  food and  drink  to  meet  the  physical  and  nonphysical  demands  of  any  duty  or  combat position,  accomplish the  mission  and come home healthy. 

Physical Readiness

Physical  readiness  is  the  ability  to  meet  the  physical  demands  of  any  duty  or  combat position,  move  lethally  on  the  battlefield,  accomplish  the  mission  and  continue  to  fight, win,  and  come home healthy. 

Mental Readiness

Mental  readiness  is  the  ability  to  meet  the  mental  demands  of  any  combat  or  duty position,  adapt  successfully  in  the  presence  of  extreme  risk  and  adversity,  accomplish the  mission,  and  continue  to fight  and  win.

Sleep Readiness

Sleep  is  the  critical  requirement  for  brain  health  and  function.  Sleep  readiness  is  the ability  to  recognize  and  implement  the  requisite  sleep  principles  and  behaviors  to support  optimal  brain  function.  In  turn,  sleep  readiness  underpins  a  Soldier’s  ability  to meet  the  physical  and  nonphysical  demands  of  any  duty  or  combat  position, accomplish the  mission,  and continue to fight  and  win. 

Our Mission

Our goal is to improve, restore, and maintain the readiness, resilience, and performance of 20TH Engineering Brigade Soldiers, by utilizing all H2F resources to provide education, training, and mentorship to Soldiers.

Nutrition

Provides nutrition education through classes, individual appointments, and social media. We work on creating lifestyle changes to support readiness and resiliency. We also help to prepare you for Speicalty Schools, Selections, and athletic performance. We can also provide initial ABCP memorandums. Occupational Therapy

Maximize helath, well-being, and quality of life for all Service Members through effective solutions that facilitate participation in everyday living. Including treatment of injuries below the shoulder, concussion treatment, stress management, mental training, and sleep education. Click below to contact the Occupational Therapist.

Athletic Trainer

Provide medical and basic acute care for injuries and teach soldiers the most effective way to exercise and work in the army, unit, troop, or individual level to support personal development. Click below to contact an AT.

Physical Therapy

Strength & Conditioning

The H2F strength & conditioning coaches are equipped to help you achieve whatever physical goal you have. Whether it’s getting ready for a Specialty School, help with conditioning, or just wanting to change your normal PT routine the H2F Strength & Conditioning coaches can help. With over 20 years of experience in collegiate strength & conditioning, each coach is able to help with anything from exercise technique to assisting putting together a week/month PT plan.
